There can never be an excess in the pity that results into a useful action. I'd enjoy another kind of culture meeting. Some argue its portrayal of black men is unfair, but this critic thinks this evaluation is incomplete at best, and unfair at worst: if Tom Jones and his like can cavort so freely in literature, it also is reasonable and just to see the female side of suffering caused by males. It brings to mind the verb courber, to bend, and, of course, Le Corbusier was a great bender of townscapes to his own will.
